Jenny Chavez
I have worked at Hyatt Regency on the Riverwalk for the past 29 years. I have been a member of The Concierge Association Of San Antonio sine 1995. Hyatt Regency Hotel has been a member since 1988. I started my hospitality career as a housekeeper in 1983 promoted to PBX in 1984, then was promoted to The Concierge department in 1995. I have served in all positions on the Concierge Association Board in the past years. This is my second term as President.
I have a goal, to have 50 hotels by the end of my term 2012!! I will be visiting those of you that are not members yet. We have great networking gatherings at our meetings and socials. The front line staff is the first contact to our visitors in our city. I love being a Concierge assisting guest with their special needs or requests they may have.
We raise funds and donate for scholarships. In the past we have donated to St. Phillips College, Kidney Foundation, Holy Cross, and Battered Woman’s Shelter to name a few. I look forward in assisting you with requests.
